Your Start with Real Responsibility – From Day One

From the very beginning, you'll play an important role in the success of our products and customer relationships. You'll be responsible for specific product components, work directly with our customers, and collaborate closely with an experienced Product Manager who will mentor you. With every project, your responsibilities will grow, helping you develop step by step into a full Product Manager.

What You'll Do as a Junior Product Manager

You will:

• Take ownership of product components and drive their continuous improvement.
• Assess and respond to customer inquiries - either independently or in consultation with your Product Manager.
• Design and plan product changes and enhancements.
• Manage your assigned changes throughout the software development process.
• Test completed features together with your colleagues before release.
• Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise with every project.

Naturally, you'll have access to state-of-the-art AI-powered tools that automate routine tasks and give you more time to focus on what matters most. However, your growing experience and expertise remain irreplaceable.

What You Bring

• A relevant university degree or vocational training related to digital products, along with a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• A solid technical foundation and curiosity about how products work beneath the surface.
• The ability to understand customer needs and communicate clearly, both within the team and with client stakeholders.
• A high level of personal responsibility, professionalism, and integrity when working with customers and colleagues.
• Business-level fluency in both German and English - we're looking for proficiency in both languages, not just one.
• A plus: Initial exposure to MarTech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
