As a Product Manager at PX Consulting, you will own one or more digital products - from strategy through delivery. You'll serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for your clients, translating their business needs into robust concepts and ensuring those concepts become products that make a real difference in the market.

You'll make decisions, drive execution, and see the impact of your work firsthand—all while working in a team where people genuinely support one another.

What you'll do

You will:

• Drive the continuous evolution of your products.
• Consult with clients, understand their business goals and requirements, and translate them into sustainable product concepts.
• Design and optimize workflows, data models, and system interfaces.
• Establish a shared understanding of requirements and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Guide the implementation of concepts throughout our development process.
• Personally validate deliverables through thorough testing before release.

What you'll bring

• At least 4 years of experience in digital product management—more is always welcome.
• A rare combination of strong technical expertise and outstanding consulting skills.
• A high degree of ownership, accountability, and integrity in working with both clients and colleagues.
• Experience across a variety of projects rather than within a single corporate environment.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• A plus: Experience in MarTech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
